Meet Our Vice President of Culture Strategy
Meena Patel, JD, SPHR, helps transform organizational approaches to workplace culture. She is an expert on and evangelist for inclusive leadership and employee engagement as the levers that allow organizations to find the sweet spot of high productivity and low attrition.
Meena has held senior HR roles in professional services, high-tech and healthcare settings. She is on the Board of Women Lawyers of Los Angeles and co-chair of the Equity, Belonging and Anti-Racism Committee. She also serves as President-Elect of the Kent Place School Alumnae Association.
Meet Our Principal Learning Architect
Dr. Crystal Boson is an accomplished Learning Strategist and Designer with a PhD in American Studies. With over 20 years of experience in the educational and corporate training sectors, Dr. Boson has established a reputation for designing and implementing innovative and behavior-changing learning solutions that drive organizational success and foster individual growth.
In addition to their professional achievements, Dr. Boson is a poet, crafter, and proud cat parent.
